2008 Fall & Winter Appetizer Menu

September through February

Fruit
A delicious assortment of fruits, including strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, and grapes.  Subject to availability.
$3 per person

Vegetables
Carrots, celery, grape tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, and bell peppers served with homemade Green Goddess dressing.
$3 per person

Antipasto
An Italian medley including chunks of fresh Parmesan cheese, mozzarella bocconcini, roasted red bell pepper, marinated artichokes, and fresh meats.
$5 per person

Ham Croquettes
Small individual servings composed of honey ham, Swiss cheese, and smoked paprika.  One of our most delicious hors d'oeuvres.
$4 per person

Sausage Platter
A variety of gourmet hand made sausages grilled and sliced.  Served with 3 kinds of mustard.  A real taste sensation.  Sausages include Merguez, Chipolata, & Wild Boar.
$6 per person

Asian Meatballs
Blend of ground pork and sausage.  Flavored with cilantro, ginger, and garlic.  Browned, and then bathed in a gently spicy jus.  Served on a decorative skewer with a snow pea.
$4 per person

Tandoori Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp marinated in yogurt, cumin, and coriander.  Grilled and served on a decorative skewer.
$5 per person

Grand Reserve Cheese Course
Cheese service unlike any other…a blend that any cheese lover will appreciate.  Includes one triple-crème, one blue vein, and one semi hard cheese.  Served with berries, breads, and Vermont maple syrup.

Traditional Caviar Service
Russian Osetra caviar straight from the Caspian Sea.  Accompanied by hand made potato blinis, hard cooked egg, and red onion shavings.
Starting at $200 per group of 4

Pineapple Tree
A tower of pineapples capped off with jade leaves to create the effect of a Hawaiian palm tree.  Can stand alone or be studded with the food of your choice.
$300 plus food

Portobello Panini – A Large Marinated Mushroom Cap with Horseradish Mayo, Provolone and Caramelized Onions.
