Charles W. Sobieck returned to his birthplace of Louisville, Kentucky from Edmond, Oklahoma. Beginning his collegiate studies in September of 1999, he graduated Magna Cum Laude in April of 2001. One of the tops in his class, Charles exhibited potential early on in his education. A little more than a year later, he married Somerset native, Allison Hahn Sobieck. Charles has had an esteemed young career working for such companies as the Kroger Company, Hyatt Regency Corporation, and Martini’s Italian Bistro, a Cameron Mitchell Company.

Originally from Somerset, Kentucky, Allison Hahn Sobieck is delighted to be back in her home community. After moving to Louisville, Kentucky in June of 1998, she began the culinary arts program at Sullivan University. At the end of this 18-month program, she continued her education to go on to receive a Bachelor’s in Business with an emphasis on Hospitality Management. While in school at Sullivan, Allison competed regionally and nationally on the Culinary Arts Competition Team. As a team, the group won gold, silver, and bronze medals. Allison has worked at such places as Winston’s (Sullivan University’s up-scale restaurant) and the Hyatt Regency Corporation. In 2002, after marrying Charles, they decided to one day soon open their own Bed and Breakfast and catering business. With a flair for uniqueness and a penchant for service Allison is constantly pushing 2Chefs Catering to new heights.
